1phb Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 1phb ("1phb," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the 1phb website located at 1phb.com, its subdomains, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1phb reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the 1phb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in real-money gaming activities in the Philippines. 1phb strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 1phb or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 1phb Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

1phb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 1phb may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 1phb Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

1phb conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
• Source of funds declaration for accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding thresholds set by 1phb compliance

Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification. 1phb will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify 1phb immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 1phb will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

All transactions on the 1phb Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 1phb accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 1phb wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier. 1phb does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya typically receive funds within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, unless otherwise stated in applicable bonus terms.
• 1phb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱200,000 per calendar month.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your 1phb account must match the name on your payment account.
• 1phb reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

1phb is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking system maintenance, or force majeure events including but not limited to GCash or PayMaya scheduled maintenance windows.

1phb offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 1phb promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• 1phb reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire as stated in the specific bonus terms.
• 1phb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the 1phb Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Bets placed and confirmed are final. 1phb will not reverse or cancel a confirmed wager except in the following circumstances:

• A technical malfunction or system error that materially affected the outcome of the game, as determined by 1phb in its sole discretion.
• A game was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds published due to a manifest error).
• The wager was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game, 1phb will follow the game provider's official malfunction policy. Where a game round cannot be completed, stakes will be returned to the Player's wallet.

1phb uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers under studio surveillance. 1phb does not manipulate game outcomes.

Maximum win limits per game session may apply and are displayed within the relevant game interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum win cap will be paid up to the cap only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1phb Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform staff.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1phb staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

1phb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PHP loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 1phb Platform — including but not limited to the 1phb name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 1phb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 1phb.
• Use the 1phb name , logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 1phb intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1phb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system downtime, or network interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any decision made by 1phb in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or termination.
• Inaccuracies in game information, odds, or promotional materials that result from manifest error.

1phb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1phb's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1phb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or malicious code.

1phb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable game rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player against 1phb.
• Determination by 1phb that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program.

Upon termination for cause, 1phb reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account where such balance is reasonably believed to be derived from fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity. In all other cases of termination, verified balances will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 1phb support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 1phb, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 1phb customer support. 1phb will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint submitted via the Platform's official support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 1phb from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, 1phb's records of game transactions shall be the primary source of evidence. In the event of a discrepancy between the Player's records and 1phb's server logs, 1phb's server logs shall prevail unless the Player can demonstrate a manifest error in those records.

1phb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1phb will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For minor or non-material changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and no separate notification will be issued.

Your continued use of the 1phb Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
